Route

Called in to the pool on the way back from a rare foray in town to find that there were no lanes on, and as I didn't fancy spending my time avoiding the zig-zaggers and the splashers I legged it home so I could go out on my bike for the hour(ish) I had before Those Children Of Mine returned from their first day back at school. And as I only had an hour I went at it hard and chose some pretty steep roads to go up and by the time I got home I was well tired. Which is how it should be and exactly what I wanted.
