Seasonal colours

Summer is back, though it looked a bit doubtful as we set off on this morning's walk.

I set out in just a t shirt and thought I'd miscalculated but the sun was soon back and warm. (Lovely sky in the extra just a few yards further on)
A walk around Cullingworth, one of our neighbouring villages, showed these late summer colours alongside the path, the heather in bloom and not even on the moor. The berries on the Rowan/Mountain Ash trees are an indication of late summer too and the next season to come.

Spent the rest of the morning in the garden doing some weeding. Nice to have a bit more summer to enjoy.
