An afternoon in Wharfedale.

Very lucky with the weather today. There were some rumbles of thunder in Burnsal on the River Wharfe, but we seemed to escape the rain.

Here we stopped for a drink in Appletreewick, a really nice spot to sit out and enjoy a bit of summer. We used to come up here for picnics by the river when the children were younger and also for lunch on Boxing day.

I just had to blip the sign.
