Gilded

I am not actually that fond of Lillies but passing this garden last night on our way to a 50th birthday celebration (see Yorkshirebred) I was gobsmacked ( best word I could think of) by these amazing Lillies.

I pass this garden every time I walk up to the village and it is usually the roses that I admire but on my way to church this morning I decided a capture of these Lillies was a must. I wasn't close enough to smell them, which is one of the things I dislike about them but the sight of them is superb. I have had Japanese anemones from them and advice on the purchase of roses before so I'm sure they won't mind me sharing their Lillies with you.
