Whipsnade Zoo

After a night sleeping in a pod at the zoo (with sunset and night time tours), we were up this morning to feed the animals. We have fed Bongos, Chimpanzees, Wild Boar and European Bears - then later, went to feed giraffe's with the keepers. It has been absolutely brilliant - and completely exhausting. We walked 12km yesterday - only 6km today, but we feel shattered. 

The picture is one of the lemurs - we went to watch the Lemurs being fed. They are amazingly photogenic creatures. I will try to post two extras, which I very nearly chose for the blip - a female European Lynx and Chimpanzees. We have had some amazing views - and I'm thrilled with the pictures I've taken.
