Paris

We are now in Paris on the last leg of our tour.
We arrived about 1:30pm and after checking in to our very nice Airbnb near the Luxembourg Gardens we got the metro to the Arc de Triomphe where we saw the regular evening ceremony at the tomb of the unknown soldier.
We walked right down the Champs Élysées to the Place de la Concorde, quite a stirling effort on Wally's part.
We planned to eat at one of the restaurants recommended by the Airbnb but when we saw the main courses cost about 50€ we settled for the place across the road where we had an excellent meal for about 1/3 of the price :-)
