Blue Heeler!

In May I posted blip of a model of a Blue Heeler cattle dog, writ an explanation of its original breeding. Yesterday on my way to take a photo of the Dartbrook Homestead where the dog was originally bread I was distracted by Bert 069 along the way, today's blip does tell part of the story. Today's blip (sorry about the reflection) a photo of a Blue Heeler, originally bread by Thomas Hall on the 1800's. I was volunteering at the visitors information centre when the great, great grandson of Thomas Hall came in search of a map and information. Philip Hall was very impressed that the achievements of his ancestors was so well recognised in our community. I was very appreciative of the condensed family history lesson he gave. Phil is staying tonight so he and his wife can meet members of our Family and Community History group in the morning. The second photo is of Thomas Hall.
