Happy Day at Harlow Carr

The  last day of our visit to Yorkshire. I met up with two old friends and after we'd spent an hour and a half over coffee at Betty's we sauntered into the garden.

I was very pleased to see that the candelabra primulas were still doing their stuff.  I have some descendants of these in my garden at home, but they have been interbreeding vigorously and are now all more or less the same colour. I need to introduce some new blood!
