Last day of July and it's a bloody hot one! Market this morning, hospital with Biz (she's got the all-clear for her elbow!), to Carrie's for some ice cream and chat, and then home for dinner. Mum cooked salmon which was delicious.

Also got 5 kilos of beef from a lady who lives in the village. Her cow was sent to the abbatoir ten days ago and she is selling off bits to people in the village. We've got various cuts and some liver, all adding up to just over 5 kilos. Can't wait to try it.
