cheeky bugger

This fella (well, we think he's a he) ran down the steps first when I came up to the terrace. This time I didn't have any food, but he's too curious anyway. So, I stood behind the wall and watched him watching me. He had a mischievous look in his eye and as I walked off, he flew up and onto the terrace wall. One jump and he'd be down in to all mum's flowers (juicy tidbits for a hen) and would be shitting all over the terrace.

Dad and I have, therefore, since built a bit of a barrier, so hopefully that'll stop him. Probably not for long.

Anyone else think that skinny chickens look a bit like velociraptors?!
