Mum's 80th celebrations

Our children arrived with cousin Michael from Heathrow. So now we are 18!! We had cup cakes with lovely decorations. For lunch we had an enormous loaf of bread with a lid crust which when opened revealed A big pile of sandwiches! In the evening we went out for a meal in a restaurant about 10 minutes away. There, our final 2 guests arrived so there were 20 of us. We went back to the house to watch football Germany v Italy at 9pm. At half time we moved the tv to the outside of the window to watch outside where there was more space. At the moment of 2 penalty goals each the connection to the sky box failed and the TV conked out at the crucial moment. Luckily we got it fixed about 2 penalties later, and we witnessed Germany win!
