Butter Would Not Melt

My Dear Fellow,

Our two young gentlemen looking for all the world like they are the most well-behaved cats in Edinburgh. Within minutes of this picture being taken they were having a paw-fight over ownership of the bowl o' biscuits.

But still. Stop and enjoy this moment of peace with the lads.

Er Indoors and myself have been having a quiet day too. We got in just after midnight from the Magic Festival. I should clarify that it was actually a two-bottle-of-Prosecco-and-a-lot-of-shorts festival.

We did see one act, that of the fiance of Er Indoor's mate. It was this show that brought us out of the house, firstly to show support but also because we'd seen him before and his show is really clever and funny.

But that was only 20 minutes so it is not like it seriously impeded the flow of alcohol. We took our drinks in to his show too.

We are actually going to the wedding, Er Indoors informed me earlier in the week. That came out of nowhere, I didn't even know we'd been invited but I'm pretty excited by the prospect. Imagine going to a MAGIC wedding. After a few drinks last night, we were speculating - will the rings come out joined together? Will the groom lift the veil and produce a bunny? Will the vows include the groom going, "I promise to love, honour and BUNCH A' FLOWERS!!"??

It had BETTER be like that, or I'm demanding my wedding present back.
