Blue Dasher

Did you know that the color blue is the rarest color in nature? I just listened to NPR's Science Friday which was pretty fascinating to say the least even though I can't remember half of what I heard. But I now have a new found respect for all flowers blue and this dashing Blue Dasher! The Science Guys also talked about the rare people who have a 4th cone in their eye that allows them to see differentials in color!

I hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday activities! We've got a sunshower thunderstorm happening now, and more are promised for the upcoming week. Very strange! No matter, we need the rain.
