If you go down to the woods today

Quick quiz - what's the 19th largest 'town' in Cumbria? (Grange-over Sands is number 20)

A very interesting meeting at Centre Parcs today hopefully I persuaded them of the benefits of joining our association.
As we don't have kids I've never been into a Centre Parcs and it was a real eye opener - its huge! I parked by reception and walked half a mile through landscaped woods full of lodges and cycle tracks to the Sports Plaza - much much more impressive than many sports centres I've been to in cities and towns. The company's Facility Director showed me round - tennis courts, badminton, squash, swimming, gyms and more. Operating at 98% occupancy year round the climbing walls are booked solidly for 10 hours a day - they must introduce a huge number of people to climbing across their 5 locations.

And with 4500 people on site Whinfell would take that number 19 spot.
