Movie Day

As it was a wet miserable day (where is the summer???) we had planned to take H to the cinema for the first time. Having suddenly realised my MOT lapsed on my car a couple of days ago, the priority was to get my car in to the garage today. By the time we had done this, and drove to the cinema, the Kids AM showing of Beauty & The Beast was sold out. We could have gone for something else, but having O with us, we figured that the kids showing would be the most appropriate (and cheapest!).
So as not to waste the day, we went to Asda and bought the Tangled DVD as H is obsessed with it at the moment. We had some popcorn in a big bowl, a bowl of jelly babies, and some juice, we pulled the curtains to make it dark, and we all sat on the same sofa to watch the film. It was perfect - our own little cinema at home and H loved it!! We'll definitely do this again.

And Tangled was really good too :-)
