Rainy Day Plant

I guess most of us in the UK will have experienced some rain today so this seemed an appropriate blip. It's one of my neighbours plants and I'm not sure what it is. My two extra shots illustrate how low rain clouds can both blur the landscape and yet bring out saturated colours in a rain sodden sycamore leaf.
