Another hot day.
My fair and delicate skin is not used to such heat.

Out kayaking on the river this afternoon, which was good fun. And as I've not been near a canoe of any description for many a good year, when I used to do a bit around the Lakes and occasionally on the River Wye, I shall have to anticipate some creaky bits in the morning. I can take it.
