Plum Ladies!

I was initially attracted to these ladies by their plum coloured hair. They kindly agreed to a shot. All three shots within this Blip were taken within 50m and three minutes of each other in Lombard Street, Belfast this afternoon - it may have something to do with the fact that I had just finished a large three-shot Americano in Caffe Nero!

All Set!

And one from this morning's visit to the Tayto Castle (factory!) this morning in Tandragee, County Armagh.

Ancient Path - up the side of the castle, from the village.

The "Tayto" Castle was built in the early 17th century and during WWII housed US and British troops getting ready for D-Day. In 1956, the property was bought by a local man who started making Tayto (as in po-tay-to) Crisps (or chips, as the Yanks say). He produced 972 packets per day - they're now producing over 1 million packets a day! We had a great guide for our tour, which was jam-packed with information and no shortage of free just-cooked unflavoured crisps and bags and bags of freebies at the end. Really worth a visit, if you're in the area!
