Quick shipyard Blip on my way to work this morning, in far away Craigavon.

I read something a week or so ago that has stayed with me. I don't know if it's true but I feel it's important enough to share.

Apparently the police in San Francisco were following up on the suicide of a jumper from the Golden Gate Bridge and were searching the jumper's home when they found a note saying something like: "I am walking to the bridge today and if anyone smiles at me along the way, I'm not going to jump off".

Mental health issues are very real for many people and are not always obvious. Smile more, you might save a life or at least help someone in need. I know I will be making more of an effort from now on, to do so, and I'm not a natural smiler.
