Promenade...

...which is both the name of this sculpture by Anthony Caro, and what hordes of people were doing at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park this afternoon... a great place to see sculpture in the outdoors!
I had this in the back of my mind for MonoMonday: Art today, but the early weather was rather grey and nondescript. We delayed our walk til about 4pm when the sun did appear in short bursts and shadows were forming - and even then the overspill carparks were overspilled, and people were still enjoying the fresh air.
Great place - and thanks to Nickimags for hosting the challenge once again, and suggesting such an interesting theme!
