Selma sitting at the Shower

Another lovely sunny warm day.........thank goodness too, as youngest son and DiL were kindly hosting her brother and his fiancées Baby Shower :-)

I drove over to their house, there was last minute hoovering still going on, but their house was spic and span, all the food and drink laid out, the garden was bedecked with balloons, bunting, lanterns, it looked
a picture :-) Everyone had worked really hard to get things ready for everyone arriving.

There was 20+ family and friends at the baby shower .....Mummy to be was glowing, only three weeks now. In this day and age its quite refreshing to find a young couple who want to wait until the birth to find out the sex of their baby. All we know is the baby will either be Sadie or Padraig :-)

I chose this shot of one of mum to be's work colleagues; they are all carers and a really nice bunch of people. Selma here just shone in the sunlight so I wanted to share her wonderful smiling face :-)

Everyone enjoyed the food, the drink and most of all the chat and banter, I think some of them will be there long into the evening ;-)

I drove home in time to settle down for this evenings final of BGT.......personally I hope the choir, or the young girl singer wins, we will see.
