Maldon Barges

Still staying at my Sister's and was another beautiful day. Beautiful days can't be wasted, so we decided to go to Maldon. The whole world had decided to visit Maldon when we got there at lunchtime! My nephews had great fun in the extremely busy play area and water park (I managed to wander off for a little while though for a peaceful photo or two!)

I love the old sailing barges there on the Blackwater Estuary. It always feels like I've gone back about 30 years when I visit Maldon..a great place for a visit!
