The Stud Farm

I've had a very active day today - 30 lengths of the pool this morning and then this afternoon I met Chrissy & Barbs and we did an 8 mile walk (over 19,000 steps)! 

I walked across the Tye and met them at Telescombe Village and we walked to Southease, stopped at a Youth Hostel Cafe for refreshments and then continued along the river and back up to Telescombe.  It was a great walk but I feel exhausted tonight - I think I'll sleep well!
