Bread II

This is the loaf that spent the night in the fridge. I'm not sure I left it to rise for long enough, my kitchen was a bit chilly today. Wish this freezing weather would go away! 7 deg is too cold for May.
C and D were v excited to have my lovely bread for their snack - declaring it the best bread ever...guess I'd better get kneading!
