Bread

This evening I attended a Breadmaking workshop with Edinburgh Foody Danielle Ellis. It was a great course, we were taken through 5 different methods in the evening. I came home with lots of lovely bread, and a fridge dough to cook tomorrow. Another Pentlands SWI success :-)
