A knock at the door and there was a guy with a huge carton of huge apples! Every year a group of guys, including orchardists, come to the lake for a fishing break and we have helped them out with a few things. Now they always bring us some of their apples, which are so much better than what we can get at the supermarket. These particular ones are export only and the flavour is superb.
