An Austrian visitor to Tarawera

Elisabeth, from Austria arrived at Tarawera a week ago to stay with neighbour Darryl. Such a wonderful girl who has been travelling around NZ for the past 2 1/2 months. We so enjoyed her company, full of life and enjoying every minute. Took her out on the boat and she was over the moon to catch two trout. It was her last day here and she arrived with some bread rolls she had just made, an Austrian recipe using spelt flour with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seed and caraway seeds...and some yoghurt, along with yeast etc. They were just so good and she has given me the recipe so will let you know how they go.
