Turn

Had to wait in the house during the morning for the window measurer to come round and do his stuff. I agreed to them replacing the windowsills as well, while they're at it.

In the evening I went up to the Pleasance (two weeks running - must be a record!) to see my old compañero Martin Simpson do a splendid gig. The man was a brilliant guitarist back then, but he seems to have continued practising for the last thirty-five years. The support act didn't turn up so I was called upon to do a turn. Mr Dave didn't come, as he'd stopped off on the way home to give nearly an armful at the Leith donation session and was feeling a bit drained!
