#piratemania planking!

We woke up to glorious sunshine and it has stayed like that all day.

After a leisurely breakfast, me, Julie, Rich and Chris set off to find the new caches. The paths were thick mud so I was pleased that I had my walking boots on.

It took us over 1hr to find our first cache. This is because we had a bit of an adventure.

The adventure included:-
1. Walking through cornfields and being pounced in by pheasants.

2. Getting completely lost in a wood and having to do a belly dive under a fence to escape.

3. Shimmy up a back of a river / stream. This made Rich fall in the bushes!

After doing some planking at a local church, Rich and I continued along the track to find the other 7 caches and Ju & Chris headed back to camp.

The evening was lovely. Lots of children's games run by popuppirate and a stroll through the woods in the dark.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow when we do the flash mob event at midday.
