Flash mob was brilliant at #Piratemania

Chilled, relaxed... The camping life for me!

I am sitting here writing up this blip journal with a belly full of BBQ and a chilled glass of vino. This is the life!!

The highlight of the day was a group of 300+ like minded idiots dressed as pirates congregated in the centre of Ashbourne for the Flash event of the year.

So what was the flash event?? How do I explain? I will do my best...

1. A bottle of rum was placed on a table.
2. Along with a sign reading "FREE Rum, please drink me".
3. Then all 300 of us waited for a muggle (someone who doesn't know about geocaching) to pick up the rum.

It didn't take long as a guy called Bobby Ball picked up the bottle and he was then hounded by loads of people putting pirate hats on him and laden him down with all sorts of pirate stuff. he is now no longer a muggle and a fully converted pirate....aaarrrrgggghhh! Lol

We got back to camp, had a BBQ then got told off for having a fire on site. Apparently it's against site rules. That guy was obviously not on duty last night as there must have been over 50 fires going!!
