Marathon madness

Well here we go again. My 6th London Marathon and going to be the hardest by far with the time I want to achieve. All carbed up, legs under ice still and need to ensure I sleep then it's on a coach to the start line at 07.30 tomorrow morning. 3 degrees in the pens, snow in the air but let's just get going now.

Whatever happens and whatever time it takes its irrelevant as the most important thing is raising a bucket load of money for Sarcoma, the cancer my dad died of this time last year.
