Saw Steve Cram at Excel this afternoon whilst collecting my Bib number. This is the number that should either do reasonably well on Sunday or crawl round on his hands and knees. Whatever happens I'll complete it in what sounds like the pouring rain (rain is good for us runners) but I'm already looking forward to two knee transplants next week...

Aside from travelling to East London I drove round that really lovely road the M25 to Chessington (not the theme park unfortunately) and spoke about er gloves.
