Walking on water

Today we drove from Taupo to Whakatane via Rotorua. On the lakeside we visited a nearby Maori village to see St Faith's church which had this unusual window. Jesus is wearing a Maori cloak and is walking on Lake Rotorua which is just outside the window. The rest of the church was lovely with beautifully carved pews with mother of pearl inlay.
