Flower Friday : Invasive mint

I only had to work 1/2 a day because I worked late several days this week - woo hoo!  Also finished up a project so it really did feel like I was free.

Took a glorious photo walk with the dog... he doesn't care that I take forever photographing a flower.  He loves it.  Sometimes he comes to see what I could possibly be kneeling on the ground for - but mostly he sniffs along on his own.  

These are an invasive weed - a mint - and I am not surprised because they are really everywhere.  I shouldn't like them - but I do like the photo.  And they smell nice.  The blooms are very tiny.  

I did see lots of other "native" flowers today and I have put some in the extras for fun.
