Mapua

We've come away in the caravan this weekend and are staying in Mapua, a lovely wee coastal town, about 1 1/2 hours from home.

We've had a nice relaxing day, reading and going out for lunch at The Grape Escape cafe.

We've been for a walk this afternoon along the beach. I took this photo on our way - it's the inlet to the Mapua wharf. The tide was on its way out, and although a little cloudy, is a nice warm afternoon.
