Riverside mansion

It was very quiet walking along the river and round Samois-sur-Seine this morning, even though it was a pleasant morning. I didn't see a single barge on the river, and only passed a handful of people. I timed my walk just right, since I hadn't been back in the house more than about five minutes when it started to rain. It was only a shower - didn't last long, but I still would have got quite wet! I had a hair appointment in Fontainebleau around lunchtime - a bit overdue, it had got a bit shaggy (!) - then treated myself to a coffee and had a little look around the shops.
