Canal du Loing

It was a beautiful morning, though by the time I got out walking late morning, the clouds were beginning to move in, and as I walked along the canal, the wind began to pick up too. I once saw a red squirrel as I was walking by the canal, so I always hope I may be lucky enough to see another one, but unfortunately it wasn't to be, and while I heard a lot of bird song, I didn't actually see much bird life. There isn't usually a great deal of boat activity on this stretch of the canal, but today I timed it right to see this boat just exiting one of the locks.
