Grinning.........

..........Like a Fool
 
 
This ‘swan’ seedpod has matured and this morning I noticed it was in the early stages of splitting to release the mature seeds – and looking very much like it was a distorted face in profile.
 
The term ‘grinning like a fool’ came to mind which meant it was also suitable for the Mono Monday theme ‘fool’. Thank you, Davidc for hosting this challenge for the month of April.

I have used the Monarch Butterfly tag - as the swan plant is vital to the survival of the monarch caterpillar and this is yet another photo/blip to add to the series.
