Mamma Cloud

There I was, happy that I'd found my blip for the day, with some Easter egg texture.

Then I spotted a Redwing in the tree in the back garden.  We'd never seen one before (anywhere!) and here was one in our garden.  So then I realised I had to update my blip.

Then, whilst photographing the bird, Sharon exclaimed "cloud!" and I ran off to get a different lens.  These are called Mamma Clouds.  Yes, really.  That's what our Met Office book calls them.  Never seen these before either, and they were again just in the view from our house!  I think the motherships are landing...
