Rose Garden

This is new public rose garden at the Haworth Museum and Art gallery at Baxenden, Accrington. The garden is in the shape of a compass rose. I will openly admit to not being a rose fan. I went as it was the opening of a project that LEF funded, I had a good old chat with the Mayor and few others of the community group who are going to look after the garden. Tea and cakes followed the official opening with tea drunk from very fetching pink china cups. If you like Tiffany glass the museum has the largest public collection in Europe.
