The All Seeing Eye

Been on a bit of road trip today driving round our photographer who is taking the images for my charities annual report. One project is a new 40 mile waymarked walk from Pendle to Lancaster to mark the 400th anniversary of the infamous Pendle Witch trials. NewChurch in Pendle is steeped in witch folklore and the Church tower has an 'All seeing eye of God' built into the clock tower to watch over local residents. It dates from 1653.
