More signs of spring....

Every year I find a green shield bug in the prickly sneeze bush at work, a sure sign spring is on the way!
I have been looking the last few days, and today he finally appeared, the first green shield bug at work in 2016!
The Green shield bug Palomena prasina, overwinters as an adult, during which time it is a dull brownish colour like this one, soon it will be green again showing off it's bright summer colours!
