The current (fnaarr) exercise fad is to go to a small studio and have your muscles electrically stimulated. A couple of friends have been doing this for a while and say they can really see the difference in muscle tone, and so when Groupon offered money off a course of eight treatments V & I egged each other on to sign up. Only seven left...

In other news, it's the teen's last week in school before exam leave, known as motto woche here and every day there's a different dress code. Today's translates as 'pimp/whore/chav' so the teen spent the day in a tangerine tracksuit, baseball cap and bling. I'm just glad he made it through the day without getting too close to a naked flame, even running in that outfit could probably cause 2nd degree burns.
