. . . well this is what it says on the tin ! Not that I could ever be called a Cycling Pro !Trying to start a fitness regime so I resorted to the indoor bike again today. Cheating I know but I have to try something !
Really hectic this week - carpet fitter busy in the bedroom and we are out tonight to see THE James Martin - Chef and Motor Enthusiast. A grand Yorkshire Lad.
