Not a companion piece of a companion

Ah....just wrote a load of stuff and then accidentally deleted it....so let's summarise the day with:

- annoying cold
- work stuff from Friday leaked in to Monday
- am a little anxious for my work session tomorrow
- spent most of the day wishing I could hunker down under the duvet with a box set and a steady stream of cups of tea and boiled eggs and soldiers

This was going to be an attempt at a companion piece to the year ago picture but the pup wasn't obliging so it's just a generally sleepy headed pup instead.

J had a very good day with some reading and socialising as well as a good oxygen session (36).
