Not a bad day today, actually managed two dog walks without getting wet. The first one was along the marsh where visibility across to Scotland was very good and the second one for the sunset, in Extras, was at a local nature reserve nr Bowness on Solway.  Having to be extra vigilant on the marsh as two local dogs have swallowed fish hooks and had to have operations to remove them.  I've had a couple of near misses before with dogs and fish hooks and I know I am not alone.
