Custodian of the Dump

In between showers I took some rubbish down to the Dump Recycling Centre, and found this guy sitting outside the office.  The Manager said he'd found it in the General Waste container, and he thought it was made of fibre glass. He's lost some limbs and his skull, poor bloke  -  but doing a good job providing blips for mad photographers.
