End of a Holiday Week

The temperature is rising on our side of the nation, but not too high yet. We kept the house closed all day until the late afternoon breeze. So while the house was closed Mr. Fun enjoyed the taped coverage of the Formula 1 race in England and the Indy car race in Toronto.

When the afternoon breeze arrived, we opened all the doors and windows and moved outside to the patio to enjoy the view and eventually to enjoy our evening meal. This has been a very enjoyable day and considering the continual sound of firecrackers every evening, I'm guessing it has been a fun holiday weekend for many people.
