English's Passage

I went into Lewes today to meet Vanessa for lunch at Bill's - it's a half way point for us both so we regularly meet here, and the food's good!

After lunch I had to nip to Waitrose to pick up a delivery from John Lewis and on my way back to the car I passed a little alley called English's Passage and these colorful little houses caught my eye. I don't know the history of the passage or the houses and Google couldn't tell me anything either, but I thought they made a good blip.

Anyway I'm off out again now, meeting Barbs at the cinema for the early evening showing of The Danish Girl. We're meeting early though and going to Cafe Rouge for a pre-film glass of wine!
