Yes, Furbie.
And the opera was wonderful.
Angela Gheorghiu was actually there and she was magnificent. She was just as good as she is on the CDs and on the television. She was totally spellbinding. The rest of the production was good, but she was what made it so special.

My phone died on the train on my way home. I just plugged it in and that was it. Dead. I took it into the shop in the afternoon and they have had to send it away. It took nearly 2 hours for them to decide that. They have lent me a courtesy phone (but my old one didn't save any of  my numbers on the sim card so I've not got everyone's numbers. )

When I got home, I'd had enough of technology, so I picked up my Canon 7D and went out for a walk.

The light was spectacular. The Highland cattle were back, nearly knee deep in mud (baby on the extra photo). No tree creepers creeping.

But Furbie again stole the show. Here she is at the window, watching my return.
